Here is a workout for you to do on your own:
Make sure to do at least a 5 min warm up along with 10-20 minutes of some form of cardio. You will want to do the workout 2 times or even 3x through and then make sure to stretch out.

27th-Parent Appreciation at Whole Foods after Mercato class
(Every Wed after class at Miromar Outlets there are crafts for the children, and the mom's then head to Starbucks for coffee; and there is storytime at the bookstore at noon)
