Weekly workout

Unable to make it to a Baby Boot Camp class? Here is a workout for you to do if you are vacationing, working, or just unable to make it to class.

Warm up with stretching

Cardio moves

Bicep curls with band
Tricep dips
Cardio moves (moves on the video)
Push ups
Shoulder raises
Cardio moves (video)
Back rows

Cool down-and some abs!

Nice supplemental tips. Even when your not there in boot camp you can do this cardio moves. Thanks for sharing Courtney!
